The CIR team came to us in search of strategy and advice. Through two intensive strategy workshops, we were able to significantly sharpen the profile of their non-profit organization. Over the next 5 months, we supported the team with process consulting and practical hands-on sessions. A visible result of the close collaboration: the new, customizable brand templates in Canva to creatively communicate content. Social media branding for independent implementation.

Social Media Strategy: Success with strong content and designs

During the first strategy workshop with the CIR team, we reviewed the current situation. We also provided the first recommendations for action for social media marketing and defined the specific target groups and objectives of the dedicated non-profit organization.

It quickly became clear that the main goals were to address the interested public via social media, to gain new supporters, especially in younger target groups and ultimately to increase the reach on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook & Co. through targeted communication.

From this, we developed the content strategy in terms of content and visuals.

Once the strategic foundations had been established and a common understanding of the direction had been created, we held regular short workshops to exchange ideas and prepare the team for specific topics. The focus layed on “content production”, “creating reels”, “using paid media”, “LinkedIn communication” and “social media fundraising”.

We paid particular attention to creative Instagram communication, meaningful reels, animated click-throughs and interactive stories. After all, CI Romero doesn't just want to reach its target groups, it also wants to create an emotional bond with them... This includes keeping the Instagram community informed on a daily basis and producing engaging content for the feed. Therefore we also developed customized brand templates in Canva.
